Community Integrated Employment (CIE) Tailored support to help individuals secure and keep jobs in inclusive workplaces. This includes job readiness training, job placement, coaching at the workplace, and ongoing support for success. 

Paid Internship Program (PIP) A program providing real-world internship experiences to build skills, gain work experience, and transition into permanent employment. Internships are customized to match each participant’s interests and goals.

Career Planning Individualized plans that focus on identifying a person’s strengths, skills, and goals to create a clear path toward meaningful employment.

Employer Partnerships Collaborating with local businesses to develop inclusive employment opportunities, ensuring workplaces that value diversity and inclusion.

Pre-Employment Training Workshops and programs to prepare participants for the workplace, covering communication, time management, and workplace etiquette.

Ongoing Support Services Continuous guidance for participants and employers to address challenges, solve problems, and sustain long-term employment success.
